Group Exercise Class Descriptions
All About Arms – An intense 30 minute workout focusing on Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps and Triceps. A few abdominals will be added in as well. Get a quick but challenging workout!
All About Legs – An Intense 30 minute workout focusing on the legs, glutes, abdominals and lower back. Get in, work hard, and get out!
C.S.I. (Cardio Strength Intervals) – In this class, cardio and strength are combined for a total body shaping, high calorie burn. Come ready to sweat!
Intro to Spin – This class is an introduction to Spinning, a high-calorie burning cardio workout on the Spin bikes. Great Workout!
Instructors Choice – This class will be the instructors' decision. Get ready for a great workout.
Kick-n-Shape – A 30 min. class that is part cardio kickboxing and part abs and glutes. Intense!
Pi-Yo – Mind and body workout which is a cross between Yoga and Pilates. You will increase overall core strength and gain flexibility.
Sculpt-n-Tone – This class will sculpt your body from top to bottom using many different tools and exercises.
Spin – Just a little more challenging than Intro to Spin, an incredible workout on the Spin bikes.
Spin & CORE – Spin for 40 minutes and then move on to CORE exercises and Stretching for 10 minutes.
Sprint Challenge – Combining cardio and weight training. Three minutes of cardio and two minutes of weights. This is a quick total body workout that will push your limits!
Tri It All – A class that mimics a Triathlon without the swimming! We will start with some bodyweight exercises to warm-up, then we will bike using the spin bikes, and we will finish with walking/running.
Yoga – A system of exercises practiced as part of this discipline to promote control of body and mind. This class emphasizes posture, flexibility, breathing methods and relaxation.
Zumba – An exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party! You will have a blast, but also get an amazing workout!
