The Speedway Club's "State of the Art" fitness facility provides members a multitude of choices for strength and resistance training. The highly acclaimed Cybex exercise equipment provides circuit training for beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Weight lifting with our extensive selection of free weights can enhance your strength and resistance training sessions. Hands on sessions with our certified personal trainers will teach you how to perform properly to avoid injuries and maximize your efforts. Our large cardiovascular area offers equipment for all interests including walking, running, climbing and biking. A variety of fitness classes are offered daily in our separate aerobics room, which features a floating wood floor to protect your joints. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday to accommodate members before work, during their lunch break or after work.
